Register your account online and access all the information you need to get the most from your health care benefits.
When you log in to My Plan, you'll be able to access all of the following resources:
- Review your claims
- Check your benefits
- Download a report of your claims history
- Access a link to your prescription drug plan
- Search your provider network
- View, print or order your member ID card
- View or download your 1099-HC form
- Submit claim reimbursement requests
